Kelly McGinn joined Pinnacle Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale, Arizona as administrator for the Fran Park Center of Faith and Life in October 2017. She was born and raised in Victoria, Texas and graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Mass Communications in 1998. Shortly after graduation she met her husband of 17 years, Ryan McGinn. They have two children, Helena and Jackson. She and her family have lived in Texas, Georgia, California, and Connecticut, and finally are firmly planted in North Scottsdale. McGinn has worked in many facets of church life and enjoys supporting the Fran Park Center with her passion for Christian education and culture.
