This event takes place in and around Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona. The Franciscan Renewal Center, situated in the heart of Paradise Valley, is the location for lodging, meals, and most daily sessions with Dr. Eric D. Barreto.  Portions of the program will take place at The Fran Park Center at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church, Arizona State University, and Piestewa Peak.

Transportation

Commuters are expected to provide their own transportation to and from all program activities.  Those lodging at The Franciscan Renewal Center will be given the opportunity in registration to indicate if they will provide their own or will require transportation to the “off-site” program activities.  However, those lodging at The Franciscan Renewal Center must provide their own transportation to and from The Franciscan Renewal Center at the beginning and conclusion of the program. 

Lodging & registration

Fee for Commuters: $195/person – includes program, lunch (4), and Sunday dinner. Meals will be served at The Franciscan Renewal Center.

Fee with Room and Board at The Franciscan Renewal Center:
A block of rooms has been reserved with single and double occupancy at The Franciscan Renewal Center. Meals are included.

Single Occupancy – $895.00/person – includes program, breakfast (5), lunch (4), dinner (5), and single room (5 nights). 
Double Occupancy* – $695/person – includes program, breakfast (5), lunch (4), dinner (5), and double room (5 nights).

*People selecting double occupancy must secure a roommate.  If your roommate is a guest (not participating in the program) there is an additional fee of $495.  If your roommate is a registered participant, they will register separately and pay their own fee.  Both registrants must identify the other during registration in order to be placed in a shared room together.  Should your chosen roommate cancel or never register,  you will be placed in a single room and charged the single occupancy rate. 

PAYMENT & refunds

Commuters:  Payment in full is required at registration.  We can accept commuter registrations until December 23, 2019 or until the available spaces are filled.  A full refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be given for cancellations made by December 23, 2019.  No refund will be given for cancellations made after December 23, 2019 for commuters. 

Registrants with lodging:   A deposit of $200 is required when registering.  The balance will be billed by November 1, 2019 and is due by December 1, 2019.  Lodging and meals cannot be guaranteed for anyone with an unpaid balance after December 1, 2019.  A full refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be given for cancellations made by December 23, 2019.  Cancellations requested December 24  –  January 2, will receive a full refund less the $200 deposit.  No refunds will be given after January 2, 2020 for those registering with lodging.
